Expanding Inclusion: The Business Strategy. The United States Business Leadership Network will hold its 11th Annual Conference and National Career Fair at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel, on October 5 – 8, 2008. This conference brings together businesses, community leaders and BLN chapters that have an interest in hiring, retention and marketing to people with disabilities.
